Based in Irvine, California, USA

Hi! My name is Sarah, and I'm a Political Science & Journalism student at UC Irvine. With a background in filmmaking and strong interest in political journalism, I'm focused on visual storytelling and hope to pursue a career in broadcast news post-grad.

Currently, I serve as the Video Manager for UCI's student-run newspaper, New University, and the Director of Campus Life for AnteaterTV, where I create content that highlights cultural diversity and amplifies underrepresented voices. Previously, I interned with the City of Corona’s broadcast team, gaining experience in live news production and on-camera hosting as an MC. I am also an Editorial Intern with Orange Coast Magazine, where I contribute to research, writing, and fact-checking while developing my skills in regional lifestyle journalism.

If I'm not behind a camera, you can find me swimming at the beach (as a SoCal girl at heart!), exploring new cafes, or re-watching the same 3 shows over and over again.
